Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
LiquidSpring is an advanced smart suspension system that adapts to changing road conditions in real time. Unlike traditional steel or air suspensions, it uses a compressible fluid to automatically adjust the spring rate in just 40 milliseconds — delivering the ideal balance of comfort and control.
The system reads inputs from multiple sensors 1,000 times per second, including vehicle speed, steering, braking, ride height, and an onboard accelerometer. It uses that data to continuously adjust how soft or firm the suspension feels — all automatically and in real time.
LiquidSpring is available for a wide range of applications, including Class A gas motorhomes, Super C RVs, pickup trucks, adventure trucks, ambulances, and transport shuttles.
– A smoother, more comfortable ride
– Reduced body roll and sway
– Better handling and traction
– Less driver fatigue
– Greater safety and control — especially when towing or hauling
– Automatic leveling with Tru-Earth™ Leveling
– Lower maintenance needs compared to traditional suspension systems
Tru-Earth Leveling is a feature that allows your vehicle to automatically level itself with the push of a button. It’s ideal for uneven parking surfaces, campsite setup, or when stabilizing the vehicle during loading and unloading.
– Comfort – Softest setting, ideal for long drives and smooth roads
– Normal – Balanced performance for daily use
– Sport – Firmest setting, for better control during towing, hauling, or cornering
These modes let the driver adjust the suspension feel based on road conditions, vehicle load, or personal preference.
– Verify torque settings after the first 1,000 miles
– Check fluid levels periodically — there are easy-to-read indicators on the reservoir
– Monitor the desiccant filter, which removes moisture from the air. It changes color to pink when it needs to be replaced. Note that in high-humidity climates, the filter may need to be replaced more often
Overall, maintenance is low compared to traditional suspensions.
Individuals with strong mechanical knowledge and suspension experience may be able to install the system themselves. However, proper installation requires specific tools, including calibrated torque wrenches, and following detailed specifications.
